Our history
In 2014, The Garden Angel began with a single gardening client. Through word-of-mouth referrals, the business steadily expanded its reach, providing ongoing maintenance for individual homeowners, common areas for HOA's, and for family and friends of existing clients throughout Weber County.
Building on its reputation for quality, reliability and a commitment to professionalism, The Garden Angel transitioned to a limited liability company (L.L.C.) in July 2023. Today, the company maintains over 100 residential landscapes, reflecting its steady development and expanding reach within the local community.
About me
First let me say "I love my job, it is the best!" I get to work outside, play in the dirt, meet the tiniest of God's creatures, find rocks, observe delicate flowers and conduct my own little experiments to find the best way to grow things. I can't think of a better way to spend my time. My parents taught me my work ethic, and my mom taught me basic gardening. My desire to learn lead me back to college after my sons were raised. I attended Utah State for my degree in horticulture and residential landscape design. I then attended Weber State for my botany degree with a minor in geology. I also bring twelve years of experience in gardening in Ogden. I am also a certified "Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper".
My education, experience, and observations in the field have led me to refocus my business. Following my passions and firm belief in stewardship and the need to stop poisoning our earth, I have added new services for others who feel strongly about the way in which we care for and preserve this world.
